Better get fundraisin'!!
Well I'm all signed up for an exciting but challenging trek in Costa Rica, leaving 24 January 09!! We'll be trekking around 2 volcanoes, and into the rainforest, with a day to recover before flying home. And why am I doing this? Well, to raise money for World in Need.
They have a project in India to house young children from the slums and send them to schools. Here, they get valuable training such as learning hotel skills which they can then use to earn money for their family. They have already built one of these boarding homes for boys which has been a huge success. They've got the land for the girls' home and now need to raise money for the build itself. I hope you will be able to help me reach my £3000 target.
